Can I apply for the Green Card Program if I already have another immigration application?

Yes, you can still apply for the Diversity Visa Program even if you have already applied for an immigrant visa in another category.

There are no restrictions preventing you from participating in the Diversity Visa Program while you have another immigration process ongoing. Each application is treated separately by the U.S. authorities.

However, being selected in the Diversity Visa Program does not affect or guarantee the outcome of any other immigration application you may have submitted.

If you are selected, you can choose the immigration path that best suits your situation.

The only way you can participate in the Diversity Visa Program is by applying and pay the application fee online on www.usgreencardoffice.com/apply

Before you apply, please read more about the different Green Card Program Plans available.
